Dinosaur (2000)

Cast: D.B. Sweeney, Alfre Woodard, Ossie Davis, Max Casella, Hayden Panettiere
For complete cast info, see IMDb's Dinosaur page.

Disney and a great cast of voice actors do not always a good movie make. Dinosaur is just another example in what I fear will be a long list of Disney movies that I should wait to see on DVD instead of seeing them in the movie theater. Of course, when one works for Disney, this isn't a good option, since you have to be up on all the characters and movies to discuss them with guests, but Even though I saw this free because of Disney, I would have preferred to skip it.

Somehow, it seems that Disney may never have a great animated movie that isn't produced by Pixar (Toy Story, A Bug's Life). It's a sad turn of events, though Disney has had dark periods in the past where they had a string of bad movies. Soon, I think only parents with their kids will be seeing non-Pixar Disney animated movies, while adults without kids (like me), will continue to see the Pixar releases.
