My Fellow Americans (1996)

Two ex-presidents who are about as opposite as you can get become allies when they're both attacked by someone in President Haney's administration. This is definitely funny at times, but probably only worth renting.

My favorite part was when they shared with each other the lyrics they've each written to "Hail to the Chief" - very funny, since you figure every president has something going through their head every time it plays and it's probably not the correct version.
